My passion for health and fitness since I was 18, coupled with my love of helping others, led me to becoming a certified ISAA personal trainer and AFAA group fitness instructor in addition to receiving my health training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. My fitness appetite also includes running as I am an avid short marathon runner in addition to being on the verge of completing and receiving my strong by Zumba certification soon.

I strongly believe in the necessity for an active and healthy lifestyle, encompassing a balance between fitness training and eating well. Besides being an avid personal trainer and participating in all the avenues of health and fitness, I am a dedicated wife and mom to two beautiful kids, a boy and a girl, who inspire me every day to be the best I can be and set a great example for them to follow.

I aspire to broaden people’s understanding of the importance of a healthy existence and will work closely with you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
